1 手工发泡机ZX-X119 （Hand foaming machine）
本机用于海绵原料的混合搅拌，发泡桶内的原料通过高速搅拌，充分混合后产生化学反应，及时倒入模具中发泡成成品海绵。
技术参数：
1、 电机功率：7.5~15KW(可选用)
2、 发泡桶2个:￠550（有效容量为110KG），￠450（有效容量为70KG）
3、 有定时搅拌和刹车功能。注：特殊要求可订做，如加大功率，变频调速等。
此设备可改造成半自动发泡机，不用人称料，倒料，抽料，为客户节约人工，提高生产效率。
It is used for handwork foaming. The material will be undergoing reaction after the high speed stir and fully mixture in the foaming barrel. The sponge will be formed in the mould as the missed material is put in the mould in time.
