模头流道形式：采用衣架式流线型流道设计
模唇调节方式：上模唇采用手动（自动）全推式弹性微调/手动（自动）推拉、式微调

模头表面镀硬铬，流面流面铬层厚度0.03-0.04mm，并进行镜面抛光模头加热方式，内置
**不锈钢加热棒加热。
模头材质：模头采用**模具钢或进口合金钢经热处理，增加模具的使用寿命。
